Cafe de Mahon, Plaza del Dos de Mayo, 4. Madrid

The vibe here is very laid-back, with the tinkling keys and caramel bossa-nova tones of Antonio Carlis Jobim, velvet and burgundy upholstery and lots of mood lighting. Sitting outside on their handful of tables is such a different experience to sitting inside, and both should be tried at night. There’s food too.
